Activism In the Roosevelt Neighborhood

The Roosevelt Neighborhood prides itself on the abilities of its people to work together to accomplish more than the sum of the efforts individuals living, working or attending school here. By keeping ourselves informed about, and actively participating in, projects, committees and surveys, residents, business owners, employees and students of the Roosevelt Neighborhood have been able to: guide prioritizing City workplans, influence government choices with regard to the Light Rail and build a better neighborhood.

All of this can only happen because our community takes an active part in making smart choices for the neighborhood.

You can be a part of this. There are many things to do to manage an entire neighborhood. From taking a position on the Roosevelt Neighborhood Association Board to pushing dirt around for a native plant exhibit, whatever interests you and whatever level of participation you want to have, you can make a difference.

The menu at the left has a number of opportunities for you to choose from. For more information, please submit one of the forms below.

You can also participate in Social Networking with us.
