Brooklyn Court is a 4-story, mixed-use apartment/retail project proposed along N.E. 66th St., south of Roosevelt High School, between 12th Ave. N.E. and Brooklyn Ave. N.E. The project site includes a controversial cedar tree which has been the subject of recent Design Review Board meetings.
