Annual Bull Moose Festival

Saturday,

July 18th, 2009

9 AM to 3 PM at the Calvary Christian Assembly Church

Pub Crawl being organized for later in the evening

The 5th Annual Roosevelt Bull Moose Festival will be held on Saturday, July 18 from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. in the parking lot of Calvary Christian Assembly (6801 Roosevelt Way NE).  This year's festival promises to be a wonderful community celebration for the whole family.  Part of Seattle’s Annual Seafair, the Bull Moose Festival will feature a pancake breakfast from 9 – 11 a.m., followed by live music, a “show and shine” car show, food, classic bike show, games for kids and informational booths.  A three on three basketball tournament will also take place throughout the parking lot.  A jazz combo from the award-winning Roosevelt High School Jazz band will take the stage at 1 p.m.  You will not want to miss it!

The Roosevelt Bull Moose Festival is a great opportunity to celebrate our neighborhood by gathering with friends old and new.  It is a chance to discover a new band, a new favorite food or meet folks who are new to Roosevelt.

Previous Bull Moose Festivals have been spread throughout our neighborhood.  This year’s festival, however, will be held exclusively in the parking lot of Calvary Christian Assembly.

Come celebrate the Roosevelt neighborhood by marking your calendar today and attending the Bull Moose Festival on Saturday, July 18.
