Last week’s RNA meeting was dedicated to the 66th Street Early Design Guidance review. Weinstein A|U (the architect) and Lake Union Partners (the developer) presented an overview of the EDG to the neighborhood. There was a good showing of residents and local businesses at the meeting: thanks to all who attended and participated.
From the presentation:
The proposed development includes approximately 195 units of apartment housing above 2,780 square feet of ground level retail with two levels of underground parking.
Below is a shot of the developer’s preferred design and one that they believe and hope the neighborhood would prefer, as well.
