
An upcoming design review meeting is scheduled to discuss the potential residential building at NE 65th Street between 14th and 15th Ave NE, or what is sometimes referred to as the “fruit stand block.”
According to the Seattle Department of Planning and Development (DPD) website, “The proposal is to allow a seven story, 220 unit residential building with 8,000 sq. ft. of retail use at ground level. Parking for 267 vehicles will be located below grade. All existing structures to be demolished.”
