836 NE 67th St: Land Use Application to allow a 7-story structure containing 76 residential units. No proposed parking. Existing structures to be demolished.
8:00pm – 1319 NE 65th St.  Project # 3019953 – EDG-Early Design Guidance (EDG
1319 NE 65th St Design Review Early Design Guidance proposal for a 4-story structure containing 41 residential units and 1,700 sq. ft. of commercial space located at ground level. Surface parking for 8 vehicles to be provided. Existing single family structures to be demolished.
