Be Prepared for Life’s Challenges!

Judy Pigott and Ben Kaufman show you how to find your direction and take confident action when life becomes challenging.  This workshop helps you understand how fear and other emotions can keep us isolated.  By the end, you will possess the tools to create and improve your own personal safety net so that you feel safer, securer, and more connected in an interdependent community.

“We get her emails and we have her book.  We think her work is fabulous!” ~Pete and Joeve Wilkinson, NEST Members
