The long-blighted Roosevelt 3A lot will become a 6-story, 149-unit apartment building, though two adjacent Hugh Sisley-owned properties remain neglected eyesores under city monitoring, with vegetation, trespassing, and structural decay issues persisting despite years of violations and no demolition permits.

The old Bank of America site at 6615 Roosevelt Way NE, demolished in 2025 after years of safety hazards, now has a development plan: an eight-story, 115-home mixed-use building with ground-floor retail, slated to break ground in 2028.
